You can spot the propaganda outright when they call it the " Russian Law" as it's apparently based on the US Foreign Agents Registraction Act.

As I recall a number of the Maidan snipers were indeed Georgian. Got cheated out their promised murder-money apparently...but there's always a new fool with a gun for hire.
