If people will look up a few Sam Vaknin videos -- he's a professor of psychology and more things besides -- they'll see that clinical personality disorders bring with them a whole host of actual cognitive distortions and misperceptions that savagely limit the disordered pre-individual's ability to function realistically in the world. That's what we're seeing here: nothing is real for that damaged, un-developed pre-human scumbag other than his imaginary self. Literally in a world of his own -- except that, in a fundamental sense, there is no actual 'him'...
