China bans the sale of farm land, as does Ukraine and Israel.
Ref Ukraine .. didn't Blackrock buy up a lot of Ukr farmland, and for that matter did not Chinese buy up a lot of farmland way before that, in Ukr? Seems like a dubious claim. It doesn't impact the trajectory of the article though, of course.
