The very evil Victoria Nuland - (while hiding at a safe distance promising cookies to Ukraine if they just first go bait the bear sleeping over there) - half a million dead so far - really is banal - she just looks like a frumpy libriarian.
The very evil Linsdey Graham, on the other hand, actually DOES look the very epitome of evil…
