He makes the bizarre claim without a single facial tic or tell - "for the first time this century the US is not at war anywhere in the world" - yet immediately says "we'll keep rallying the coalition of proud nations to stop Pootin in Ukraine....."
He made the claim that China has not passed the US as previously predicted, that's not the case any more. Promise to end war in Middle East. etc etc.
Anyway if you've the time you can watch. The puff is enough to inflate a Hindenburg and the end result might be much the same.
