As far as I know, the only nuke in town is the Pakistani one to counter the Israeli threat. Not sure, but I don't think it is a neutron bomb, just by the by:

Hitting Dimona would likely have a 'Chernobyl effect'. Irradiated countryside in terms of some radius which would include West Bank and Gaza, Not sure if that is the best of plans
