Progressively-minded folk with an interest in Latin American music and culture will be heading for Wales this weekend (though possibly not from NZ, Hong Kong, etc.) for the El Sueno Existe (The Dream Lives On) festival, celebrating and building on the legacy of Chilean musician Victor Jara, one of many victims of Pinochet's dictatorship.
