I massively agree with some of his work but there's a lot of times he really gives me bad vibes. I definitely have a growing sense of not trusting him compared to say Aaron. There is also a trend for Max being the guest on other people's shows rather than getting guests on the GZ. I think his takes are leading to him getting slightly isolated.

A lot of the coverage of the Tenet media thing was him stressing "I've never heard of these people" which you can sort of understand but Anya's take was very generous to Dim Tool and the rest, e.g. "They didn't know where the money was coming from". Also Max's claim that Tim Pool and Dave Rubin have "no influence" is ridiculously wrong. They have huge social media audiences (that dwarf the GZ as it goes) so just by the default measure they DO have influence, i.e. reaching lots of people with the messages they were paid to give.

I think they are desperately trying not to give any credence to anything even slightly related to "Russiagate" given their past stance on that whole circus.
