Anyone see Alan Yentob's cringe-worthy "defence" of BBC in Hew Edwards case?

If your stomach can stand it, watch Newsnight last night on catch-up when Yentob was the spokesman for the BBC in a pathetic defence of their non-action in the Edwards saga. Victoria Derbyshire did a creditable job in pointing out to him their complete failure in tackling this from the start, when even junior members of staff at the BBC complained about his behaviour. Yentob is so duplicitous it's embarrassing.
