The way I look at it, Iran is big and Israel is small. I guess, conventionally, Iran could hit Dimona but doubt they would so because of the possible danger to the Palestinians of radiation as an after effect. Tricky. Certainly a stand-off. Meanwhile there is always Russia and China to consider in the aftermath.
