In my view of course the guy is an all round crook and genocidal criminal, but in his public & media performances it must be said he has always presented himself as a polished assured and confident genocidal criminal. This press clip is distinctly different. See his hands shake: watch his demeanor...he looks almost broken. Something has seriously shaken him.
