The huge American airbase is of course, to remain but as usual, their presence there is not exploiting anything ffs, it is the Chinese who will be doing the exploiting.
Hardly a political report from the msm these days that doesn't mention some form of Chinese/Russian interference in, or exploitation of a situation...no evidence required, of course.
