This is a fairly comprehensive site which has a lot of detail on most countries.

This is the main page, where you can select the country you want to look at.

Then click on a country to get an overview of numbers:

and if you click on "Warpower:country name" (in the big blue box) you get another menu for each arm of their military, like:

Then you can get info on each weapon system; not too data heavy and more of a narrative idea of what the weapon does and is used for which I'm guessing is more use for most Lifeboater's.

The one thing I've gathered so far is that they all kill people.
