Very pertinent to the post below re: Sky being slightly less zio-friendly than the BBC. I can't imagine this appearing over there (I searched for his name + BBC and got nothing) so perhaps there is something to be said for the argument.

Could this also be a timing thing? Perhaps they have been told to turn the screws slightly on the apartheid state in the run-up to the election to try and keep them in line a little bit?
