All pretty hazy...other reports suggest the Turkish army may be fighting with one group against another or indeed may be shelling both.

-With a ?coordinated Russian- Syrian bombing of Jihadi training camps and armaments/drone manufacturing facilities, whatever the case some of these groups have aparently outlived their usefulness for Erdogan: it indeed looks as though he may have reached some kind of reproachment with Assad & Russia...though of course Erdogan has spent so long saying one thing and doing another he can't really be trusted by anyone.
