Why didn't you speculate that it was a matter of principle, ethics and moral honesty?

One reason: because one has a simple-pimple riposte : ). One could (and does) argue that it is exactly opposite to these lofty claims by you. A woman should have bodily autonomy. Denying that is reactionary, as in right-wing .. check that with Catholic Church. Do let me know what transpires. Like I said, you don't argue any of these points except putting a mother of all strawman in front of our noses. It's insulting, in many ways. Carry on.
