As it happens, I have a high regard for Larry, possibly more than other pundits on the Nap/Nima shows, apart from (say) Ritter.

I think in this instance he indicates it is just wait and see scenario, negotiating ploy being one suggestion of how to look at it.

At the end of the day, who has the crystal ball?

I agree Berletic has a much harsher stance and I'll check out the GG's vid from across the pond you posted. Time will tell.
