Too mentally incompetent to run for President, but perfectly fine to be allowed to start world war three...?

"For better or worse, no one is listening to him anymore and his words have little power and less reach. It’s a blip. Gone in any meaningful way by mid-day tomorrow if it makes it that long,"

Another posited Joe was so far gone he should be locked up.

Don't they have some kind of procedure which is meant to kick in when a president looses his marbles in office?

If Biden has lost it to the degree indicated by his own staff then it's somewhat suspicious that it's not being implimented...and that he's still being "handed the gun" and allowed to sign stuff because... Cui Bono?

Maybe they all bilaterally agree it's the "way to go..."?
-Looking at Trumps new swamp-trash government some of whom still believe (after all events have undeniably shown the contrary ) that they are still dealing with a "gas station"... I wouldn't be surprised.
