It's been a while since I posted about it but it's a quick and terrifying read/listen. Of course it has to be an official enemy, North Korea, that kicks it all off, but it's a fairly minor complaint.

This is very much like we used to hear a lot about growing up in the Cold War, especially the 80s (Threads, Like Lambs to the Slaughter, etc.). It got a lot of attention in the week it was released but the corporate media have total forgotten about it.

To think this is closer to happening than ever before is truly dispiriting.
