I saw this earlier and thought it was another case of the Uki's lying again but the lack of detection idea is pretty scary.

At first I thought it could have been a 3d chess move from Russia, firing an ICBM with a regular payload but then it occured to me that trackers wouldn't have been able to tell the difference and just the fact that we haven't all got massive sun tans at the moment suggests it's the nazis telling porkies again.

The Russians have now said it was an experimental ballistic missle which makes a lot more sense and is a lot less scary.
