Other than stututory rape (depending on which girl in which state and how old they were) and maybe some minor drug possession stuff so it's exactly the kind of thing that goes uncharged for the political class (unless people higher up want it to happen which in itself is interesting).

His unsuitablity for AG is clear, both in legal experience and on moral grounds. I don't think they ever thought he would get through confirmation.
