Might change things a bit, but it would be a lot of money to raise and once you get it you're still faced with the same problems of making it pay. Community buy-outs could be a better option, spreading the financial burden. But then what is the community going to use it for and will it end up producing anywhere near the same amount of food? Unlikely, no-one has those skills any more. Problems problems problems...
