I don’t think its true that FireFly Aerospace was purchased by Northrop (for $1), stated twice in the Karlof1 article.

Yes, FireFly are a sub-contractor of Northrop (E.g. for the Antares first stage).

Its an interesting article but you have to be a bit cautious about the tossing of fake-bombs. Anything that doesn’t pass the sniff test should not be taken at face value.
