There's really no point meeting Kellogg: the guy is on another planet in terms of perception, events & resolution: as are all the Yanquis.

I think Kellogg is uniquely qualified to talk to Russians. At the end of the day he lost two wars i.e. Vietnam and Afghanistan. Here is hoping : ).
