I've read the transcript but haven't yet watched the full debate, yet didn't think the Oxford Student account was as craven or as biased as you seem to think. They conveyed pretty well I thought the tense atmosphere of the meeting, as well as the aggressive nature of the "opposition" and their contemptible language ("pathetic") deliberate provocation and clear disrespect of the other side. They also reported that opposition speakers were asked to leave the chamber after stepping beyond the bounds -- as with the person who donned a T-shirt to deliberately goad the proponents. I thought the account of a "chaotic" meeting was as balanced as you could make it under the circumstances.
