Hi, it's called Hohser, Highlight or Hide Search Engine Results, lets you create your own blacklist of websites you don't want to see in search results thus allowing you to bypass corporate media BS and get to other sources more quickly. Fairly easy to disable if you want to see what the msm are saying, just go to the add-ons page in firefox. I'm pretty happy with it all together.
