I think Norm would have mentioned in this tweet if he was scheduled to appear anywhere, especially Oxford. And we have to bear in mind that he's travelling from the US which would require airline and hotel reservations and various travel arrangements. It seems clear to me that Morris chickened out of the confrontation with Norm because he knew he'd be hung out to dry, and the stipulation of inviting the former Israeli PM was a pathetic ploy to avoid the humiliation and save face -- which of course it wasn't, quite the reverse.
