Meh, not really. He should have challenged at least some of the lies about Assad that Morgan recited and was way too credulous about 'Scotsman at heart' Trump and his supposed penchant for peace. No mention of his lockstep support for Israel and belligerence against Iran, revealed by his actions when last in office, as well as ongoing public statements. Way too chummy with Morgan by the end of the interview IMO, which wouldn't have happened if he had properly dismantled all of his pro-establishment talking points.
