I couldn’t agree more: 500,000 Syrians were murdered over a decade, indiscriminately by the proxy war on Syria and a beautiful country was destroyed. How so may of the survivors must now feel is hard to imagine. Like Palestinians, I guess. Because that’s what they are: Palestinians in waiting.
