I have no evidence at all but this immediately stinks given the pronouncements from the empire earlier in the week, the upcoming Munich conference and the history of odd occurences just before diplomatic events.

Like Russia would be this stupid; a drone attack that achieves nothing, has horrendous optics, would be widely condemned by everyone and serves no strategic purpose at all.

It screams false flag to me.
