I get all the animosity to Jones because of his establishment friendly positions on Ukraine, Syria etc and his role in supporting the fake antisemitism narrative used to undermine Corbyn and the left.

I am willing to believe his moral outrage over Gaza is genuine, though. He has certainly burnt his boats with the Zionist lobby. Whatever his motives, history will prove him right in calling out the Gaza genocide for what it is, while most of the MSM didn't. That's all that matters.
