So, I guess an Israeli foundation keeps the money, and Palestinian charities miss the opportunity for a $100k donation.
If the Wolf Foundation act like Israelis, then in light of her statement they may give the $100k instead to charities of their choosing. Let me see.. Friends of the IDF perhaps? Regavim?
