McGovern's .. continued waffle and digression is becoming tiresome.

I wouldnt like to erase McGovern from that conversation. I also noticed Helmer took note of many things McGovern was saying .. when he was correcting Helmer. They both served as daily advisors to US 'cabinet'. McGovern's foibles, yes, he has those. But Helmer had to take note and not be as cantankerous as he was with (for example) mild-mannered Doctorow.
