Sickening...I know a little of what you speak after going through utter bullshit with the powers that be when my sister had a kidney transplant and then a bit later with her terminal cancer.
Like getting blood from a stone and a total disregard for people who are suffering...just ignore their condition and drown them in bureaucracy and time consuming paperwork bollox.
