But in the context of Israel, the more pertinent concern is when did the so called "International Community" ever give a shit about international law?
If they did, Israel would have been put back in it's nasty little box ages ago and the question about the Madleen's right to enter Palestinian waters and land at the strip wouldn't even arise.
Of course, if that were the case with upholding international law etc, then there wouldn't be any open air concentration camp called The Gaza strip so the whole thing would be moot.
