I'd say it isn't accurate to describe Israel as a "rogue state" anymore, that would only make sense if the UN upheld international law and Israel continued to flout it, bringing down on themselves the full weight of the consequences for their illegal actions.
As it stands, international law is dead so they're not really doing anything wrong in that respect.

Doesn't look like the Palestinians are ever going to get a modicum of justice.
