The mainstream media news talk shows treated what may be the first step to WW3 with unruffled complacency. A funny thing happened on the way to Armageddon on Todays Jeremy Vine Show.

Leftist Owen Jones is a frequent guest on the show but the producers have ruled that Israel shall never be discussed on his presence. On that subject Jones can eloquently exceed the permitted limits of respectability. He was booked a week ago, but overnight Isreal suddenly provided a reason why the subject could not be completely ignored. Jones said everything I would have said but said it better. His fast delivery means he can finish his sentences before Viner can cut them off. So, much of the two minutes which the show allocate to this little news item was dominated by Jones. Viner could not even make time to put him right on the term "Genocide" before hurrying to a lengthy discussion of designer dogs.
