But no less culpable than economists are the establishment pols and media moguls who have stoked the denial of rationality and the laws of physics that infinite growth in a finite world is inpossible.Much evidence exists to suggest that this is even now beginning to play itself out,particularly in societies where deliverance is premised upon the God of the Market.
