The fact is, though, for all his evident flaws, Corbyn does pull in a large number of people from the disaffected left. Nobody else could have achieved 800,000 sign-ups.
The question is whether this new party will be genuinely grassroots led or will be dominated by a small coterie around Corbyn (many of them holdovers from his disastrous period as Labour Party leader).
Assuming the whole thing does not fall apart before then, there will need to be new leaders in place before the next election. Might include Sultana but not Corbyn (apart from anything else because of his age).
Zionism is a racist ideology and the present genocide and ethnic cleansing is a logical outcome of that ideology. Liberal or Left Zionism is an oxymoron.
Remember, though, that adopting an anti-Zionist position is an anti-Empire position and, thus, attracts the Empire's wrath in spades.
What is needed is strong leadership, unequivocal and unashamed in its positions.
That obviously excludes Corbyn, who should retire and bask in his status as respected elder statesman and national treasure.
