Accident on Stage 10: rider knocked off by protestors. At any rate, after the other riders had ridden through the protest one rider was left lying on the ground. Not shown on television but some guy caught it on video.

More disruption at Stage 13.
More to come. I do believe the other teams will start to get fed up of this and might turn on Israel Premier Tech as well.
There was also disruption at the Tour de France and the Tour of Italy (Giro).
