I always think the dictionary should have a picture of Paul Newman next to "Movie Star" but him and Redford made such a great old hollywood team.

BC&TSK is one of those films where (not that this happens anymore with me) if I'm flicking through channels and I see it's on, I stop and watch it to the end. The freeze frame ending haunted me as an eight-year old or whatever I was when I first saw it. Ditto with The Sting.

His founding Sundance did a lot for independent film too. RIP.
