Manchester synagogue attack latest: One of victims killed believed to have been shot by police, GMP says.
Apparently a Home Office pathologist confirmed a killer bullet was from a cop's gun...maybe they were using the Hannibal Directive.
"I won't dignify the attacker's words by repeating them, they are horrific and vile."
