Reminds me of a long time ago now, some guy from Kettering, near where we lived, fancied himself as a hard ass mercenary and went over to for the apartheid regime in South Africa in the day...he got his ass handed to him, captured and stuck in a rebel prison.
A lot of outrage ensued about it of the "how dare they imprison a British citizen" sort.
I remember my old commie dad laughing and saying at the time "he thought he'd go over there and have some fun shooting some daft nig^gers...fool"...
