"URGENT: I received a phone call today demanding I be subject to another review a year after entering into a formal complaint through my M.P about having to produce statements and give details of individual purchases to an adviser (M.P Case Ref: DP1316). Your adviser was unaware of this and said my selection was random. At the moment both my physical and mental health concerns are overwhelming (to which my physicians and other support will attest). I simply do not have the resources necessary to be put under such pressure at this time. I have a stress related self-harm condition & COPD. I formally request you cancel this review for the foreseeable future (at least a year)."
