It used to be 'make love not war', now replaced by 'make business not war'. Suits me, sir, either way.
Not sure how that squares out with Putin's doctrine about keeping out Russian oligarchs out of politics. I guess, keeping Witkoff/Dmitriev's dealings in plain sight via RDIF solves the problem.
