Nb. Please be advised all that Housing Ombudsman Case ID - 202319968 [REF/JR/rR/qY/NY/] made both a "maladministration" & "severe maladminstration" ruling in my favour against Southampton Unitary Authority (re: asbestos -& other contaminants- in my tenancy) with the help of both UNITE Community and Spectrum Centre for Independent Living I am now attempting to achieve a private settlement for my injuries. My health has deteriorated and a severe dental problem is now complicating my COPD, MSK and neurological condition and excacerbating my already v.poor (self-harm) emotional/psychological condition. My bank affairs are only partially accessible on-line & production will mean extra stress (for which I do not currently have the luxury of advocacy to help with and will have to seek further in order to cope) I hope, therefore, that you will not seek production of statement at this time. As was explained this is a "random" assessment so given that I made full production last year (undergoing the process of which resulting in M.P Complaint Case Ref: DP01316) I hope that you will see the sense of not subjecting my claim to further scrutiny. I will, therefore, refrain from production of any further statements until I have received response to this and my previous journal entry on the subject. Thank you.
regards Gerard Hales
