I just looked at Council Estate Media, last 90 days, low number regions included and the apartheid state doesn't appear in the searches once. Costa Rica was top and the UK, US, Germany, Ukraine. Costa Rica is HQ for anything dodgy worldwide so that could be an issue but as for the whole google trends thing, it's such complete horseshit.
