No-one seems to have informed them that of course there will be no ceasefire with that "plan" in place but non the less I'm warming to the idea of the multiverse... where alternative realities are entirely possible... Unfortunately I suspect that in all of them, you can't have "ceasefire" unless the other side ceases firing too...when only one side does, it's generally termed a "surrender" and the side that surrenders doesn't get any say.

Starmer and Macron have excelled themselves in discovering not only an alternative world, but one that works on their own entirely irrational wishful thinking.
