Well, The Lancet counted that many Palestinian deaths by June 30th 2025. By now that killing statistic is well above the number reported.

A Lancet study published in January 2025 estimated that as of June 30, 2024, the actual Palestinian death toll in Gaza from traumatic injury was approximately 64,260, which is about 40% higher than the 37,396 deaths reported by the Gaza Ministry of Health at that time. The analysis covered the period from October 7, 2023, to June 30, 2024, and indicated that 59% of these deaths were women and children. Read more at The Lancet.
