Iran is taking very little damage. All strikes are focused on Tehran which has
few military assets of any worth. They look "impressive" on video, with plumes
of smoke going up in a big population center. They're just trying to take out
command & control centers, leadership, etc. but that has no real effect on the
war.
Iran's actual military hardware scattered across the country is not being
greatly attrited as videos of "strikes" show 70% + decoys, repeats, low-value
targets not even worthy of hitting, etc.

Scott Ritter has stated that the US missed plenty in Iraq back in the 1991 Gulf War, with the Iraqis moving items out and being quick to rebuild. He should know, as he was subsequently on the ground as a weapons inspector.
